The restaurant was very clean and well-kept. my allotted room was also very clean. I found the housekeeping and laundry services quite good. i especially appreciated mr suneel kumar, mr amit kumar, and mr anil who gave great attention to guests and always provided excellent service.

The room size was not as large as advertised. This was somewhat disappointing.

the staff were friendly polite and very accommodating they brought anything i needed quickly the breakfast was a mix of traditional indian and continental options there are different dishes available to order daily like dhosa and puri i enjoyed the pancakes and waffles i could order.

i found no safe vault in my room though there was a sticker present this was a slight inconvenience

the team at this hotel sets a high standard. tejaswee greeted me and i was like a valued guest. mahmud and mika greeted me daily during the breakfast buffet. chef amit and anil often visited my table to ensure my experience was really good (a very nice touch!). i extend a special thanks to tejaswee, vijay, and anandhu for their assistance with requests, including a trip to an atm.
