the staff were polite and attentive. rishita, firta, and raktima stood out for their kindness. their warmth and professionalism. they were pretty good too.
the environment was very well maintained. it was good but the pool was missing a shower.

The front office staff ensured a smooth check-in process. I also found the complimentary ride to the airport a great convenience.
The shower room near the pool needed some attention. I noticed grime on the floor, and the soap dispenser was empty, not ideal.
