Suites are divided into three categories, each with a minimum of 430 square feet, ample space to work, and free high-speed WiFi. Superior Suites are 441 square feet and accommodate double, twin, or triple occupancy. Balcony Suites provide the same amenities as the Superior Suites, plus a large balcony with sun loungers and a dining table. The Terrace Suite is located on the top floor with a private hot tub, outdoor grill, and views of the Palermo skyline. The Hernan Gipponi Restaurant combines textures, tastes, and temperatures with creative flair. Fierro Restaurante serves local and international dishes, along with a selection of plates inspired by a passion for traveling. The menu includes an extensive and carefully curated wine list, artisanal beers, and a fully stocked bar with classic cocktails. Dishes include smoked belly of pork with humita, 18-hour lamb shoulder, rib eye, and risotto. Guests can experience the 'Uco Experience' with seven wine-paired courses at ARG. A sweet note offers the first coffee on the house.
