The staff welcomed us warmly. Our room, a Beautiful Double Room, was airy and included comfortable seating. The hotel is located close to Charmouth, and it is less than two miles from another town (how romantic!).

The dinner time was set, and a bit late for my preference. A wait was necessary even with a fixed schedule, not ideal after a long journey.

the staff was cute and helpful. i enjoyed a drink from the hotel bar and sat outside. the en-suite had nice toiletries.. i found lovely, fluffy white towels. the bed was clean with nice white sheets.

food was disappointing. there was a set dinner time, but even then we had to wait. this was not highly desirable after a long drive.
