The staff helped with my bags. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options. I found the bed linens soft. The provided toiletries smelled nice.
It fit only one person with luggage. The ice machine weren't working on my floor. The television wasn't working. I had to ask the front desk for assistance.

I found the staff very accommodating. They were always ready to assist with directions and information. my room had great air conditioning. i also appreciated the availability of a fridge, it helped me store drinks. the hotel is just a short five-minute walk to the metro.
The room was generally adequate. however, it only had space to store one suitcase. the rest had to be kept on the floor. it was tidy, though some areas could have been cleaner. I noticed dust on certain fixtures.

the room had nice amenities, good wifi, and was comfortable. the shower pressure was good, and the temperature was easy to adjust. it felt big enough for two people.

there is a backyard where one can relax and soak up some sun, i found that good. the hotel has a courtyard that is well kept and pleasant. there are also tables where i could sit and have a drink.

the room was clean, and the bed sheets were soft.
I found the hairdryer terrible. it was an old style fixed to the wall, broken and held together by plastic ties. they did not have a proper hairdryer to borrow as an alternative (which was a big inconvenience). also, the fitness room is tiny. It only has 3 machines.
