The room had a coffee machine. It was GREAT!!! I found a free bottle of water every day. The spa area included a balcony.

a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks
great location friendly staff early check-in dirty carpet basic hotel limited access
The hotel location is great. It is close to the tourist spots. i found the staff super friendly. a lady at the front desk let me check into my room early since it was available.
The carpets in the room were not properly cleaned, sadly. it seemed like the hotel wanted to be fancy. it seemed basic. i also didn't have access to some amenities, like the rooftop.

huge choice friendly staff spacious rooms malfunctioning card urine smell outdated gym
the breakfast was really good. there was a huge choice on offer. the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and clean.
my room card did not work . i went to the reception many times and told them about it. the corridor where my room was located had a strong smell of urine.. the gym, though mentioned as a feature, was very outdated.

Wonderful City Stay
excellent placement hard-working girls clean enviroment
The hotel's placement is excellent. It is ideal for exploring sights on foot. The girls in the breakfast room are amazing. They kept everything clean. They were very attentive, and their hard work stood out. The staff here is what makes this hotel shine.
The gym appears dated. Some updating could improve the overall experience. Equipment felt old and some machines were out of service. This area could use some attention.

Really good Hospitality

The room featured a sizable balcony overlooking the surroundings. I found both the bed and the couch quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options available. Underground parking provided a decent number of spots, so I had no trouble finding space.
The gym could use some updating.

The chef prepared fresh omelets each morning.. The breakfast selection included various warm dishes and snacks to choose from. Even vegan guests had many options available, which I think is great.

The hotel is just five minutes from the Old Town and fifteen minutes from the Castle. Tram and bus lines are also nearby. I found it very easy to access many attractions from there.

Staff members were cute and friendly. I felt well-cared for and appreciated their attentiveness to my needs, especially their kindness.

mixed feelings about this place
faulty air conditioning pricey drinks
the location was acceptable because it was near the city center.
the air conditioning in my first room did not work, it seemed like a sauna. they moved me to another room, but the air conditioning still wasn't working properly. also, drinks at the bar seemed quite pricey.
