the room i was assigned had a connecting door i could hear all the noise from the adjacent room including conversations and other disturbances this significantly impacted my ability to rest the air conditioning was also quite noisy and ineffective at cooling the room properly

The room was spacious. it was a double or twin room view, exactly as booked. the reception staff were helpful. I appreciated their assistance. the parking was ample, and i found a space easily.

The bar had limited hours. It closed early! the soundproofing was inadequate. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the air conditioning seemed ineffective, and the room temperature was not consistent.
