Vintage Charm, Strategic Location!

spacious room convenient location

The location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby malls and diverse food outlets. The room felt spacious and seemed recently refurbished. Beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was top notch. Also they provided welcome fruits and soft drinks in the room!

The credit card terminals had connection issues. This forced me to pay with cash. I wish they resolved this for seamless transactions. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience.

The hotel has a spacious lobby with a luxury interior. This creates a cute atmosphere . The outdoor pool is quite large. It is great for aqua workouts and relaxing. The gym offers a basic range of weights, workout stations, and cardio machines.

A wide variety of dishes are available. These span Western, Asian, Malaysian, and Indian cuisines. The minibar in the room is stocked with complimentary drinks and fruits. I believe this adds a nice touch to the stay, demonstrating attention to guest comfort.

convenient location nearby attractions provided extras confusing breakfast policy unreliable wifi limited channel options

the location was quite convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions, VERY helpful. the room had apples, bottled water, and even some sodas in the fridge. I especially liked the thoughtfulness of these provided extras.

I found the breakfast policy confusing. Tables required at least one person seated. even when it was a large table, others were not allowed to join. I think, the wi-fi was also not very reliable. Its connection was spotty. the tv offered limited channel options too.

The location offers convenient access to various attractions. The staff members are consistently smiling and helpful. The hotel provides good access and exit because of its double frontage facing both sides.

The wardrobe in the room was not fully functional, and the sliding door detached.

The breakfast offers a variety of options, served calmly and in an organized setting, I noticed. There is no need for vouchers, as entry is managed with room numbers, convenient. I observed polite and well-mannered staff in this area.
