The hotel offered very clean rooms, which i appreciated. staff members were friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was a definite highlight, providing easy access to multiple metro stations and nearby restaurants. laundry service was prompt. I received my clothes back the same day, sooner than expected.

the temperature control in my room did not function properly. this resulted in discomfort during sleep. the street noise was also noticeable, which further affected the quality of my rest.
