the staff were great. they gave great tips and showed me where to take the tram to save money. the location was perfect as it was a short walk from all the main attractions.

the area was a little noisy i found that the sound insulation from the street was poor. the mattress was also hard i found it quite uncomfortable.

The location was acceptable being close to the tram stop.

The noise at night kept me awake. Music from nearby establishments was loud until late. I also noticed the room lacked proper sound insulation from the street. This made it difficult to sleep, and I found this very annoying

I found the hotel's location unbeatable. It was a very short walk to major attractions and public transportation. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh choices, which I liked very much. The staff assisted with directions and provided excellent recommendations.

The street outside was a bit noisy late into the night. This made it slightly difficult to sleep before things quieted down. I still had a really nice stay overall though
