The breakfast was fabulous. It offered a wonderful start to each day with a great variety of high-quality options. freshly brewed, non-automated coffee was also available. The staff was most pleasant and cute. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I made three attempts to write to the hotel regarding an issue, but i never received a response. upon entering our room, we noticed the air conditioning was not working. It was unusually hot. The hotel manager was apologetic and offered to compensate us in some way, but it never materialized.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is situated approximately 400 meters from the metro station. You can reach the center in just a couple of stops and there are also several nice restaurants nearby.

The staff was very attentive, and the Venezuelan staff member was especially polite, i found him helpful. He answered all my questions about the city. the staff allowed us to order food and use the restaurant area to dine in comfort.

The breakfast provided a wonderful start to each day with a great variety of options. I found the high-quality choices to be abundant and they satisfied every palate. the restaurant area itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Bavarian wooden elements.
