The breakfast offered many selections and tasted great. the staff were always polite. They helped me with my luggage. the hotel features usb charging ports in the bedrooms and high-speed internet is accessible everywhere. i saw a young deer on the grounds, nice.

the fireplaces had electric fires that detracted from the character! though the views were fine.

The hotel exterior looked promising. the view from the room did stretch over the mountains. sadly, the dining room's oak paneling fought against cheap polystyrene roof tiles. That really spoiled the ambiance. the food disappointed. My vegetables tasted boiled and unseasoned.

I found fine views of the mourne mountains from the premises. the gardens had a river trail i enjoyed. the staff were helpful. I felt well cared for .

my room smelled of damp and felt quite dated. the tv and phone looked like they belonged to a different era, from the 70s, so it was disappointing. i felt the room needed an update.

The staff was great. They were really attentive! The hotel's grounds feature an amazing river walk. I loved it. High-speed internet access was available, I really appreciated the USB charging ports in my bedroom too.

The TV looked old. The screen was a flat screen, but still!
