Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommend!
ample space breakfast options shuttle service
I stayed in a Two-Room King Suite Non-Smoking room, and it was perfect (plenty of space!). The location provided easy access to many places I wanted to visit. The breakfast options were plentiful, so I found lots of tasty food. The shuttle service to the cruise port was inexpensive and convenient, a big help for my travel plans.
One minor issue was the elevators. I found them to be a bit slow, and there seemed to be a need for more of them during peak hours.

slow check-in new employee
The breakfast was acceptable (not amazing, but fine).
The check-in process was really slow. I waited almost 30 minutes. The front desk person seemed new and struggled with the system. I found the whole experience very frustrating.

The free drinks at the pool were nice! Jessica T was very helpful with our questions. The room was very clean and well-kept. Everything looked new.
The early check-in cost $50, which I thought was excessive. I paid extra for a room with a shower, and I am a gold member. An alarm sounded around 4 a.m., which was disruptive.
