“I appreciate that this adults-only Moroccan-themed inn focuses on wellness, from its hot mineral springs to its extensive spa treatments and themed movie nights; its unique atmosphere and attentive staff create a restful experience. Though its location near Joshua Tree presents opportunities for recreation, the immediate surroundings appear to need more security presence. Overall, I find that this property makes for a distinctive, albeit potentially unsettling, retreat.”
