the staff i encountered were very nice katerina from concierge gave great service information eleanna from reception offered a detailed resort overview nadia always smiled during her breakfast shift anastasia was an excellent bartender offering wine selections. having such friendly people. the whatsapp chat was a handy resource i used frequently. i appreciated having this convenient way to get information and make reservations.

the hotel features multiple restaurants and the wine lists were really fantastic i experienced live music at the fish restaurant the fresh fish was expertly filleted tableside this added a touch of elegance to the meal.

the hotel offers beautiful views from every point on the hotel i found four sandy beaches with plenty of sun loungers two pools offered peaceful relaxation i really appreciated how close the hotel was to amazing things.

The location gave access to a few beaches. The shower included hydromassage features.
The buggy service proved unreliable. Waiting times of over half an hour to get from the Nest area to the main hotel were typical. The sun loungers are too close together on the beaches, offering little personal space.
