the staff was helpful. the location was great, i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the room was clean every day (which i appreciated). the air conditioning worked well, very important with the hot weather.
the hotel needs some tlc. some things looked worn. i found the bed too hard (but that's just my preference). the bathroom window couldn't be opened and some repairs were poorly done.

i loved that this hotel had such a great location for exploring! the marina was right there and markets too. the room was clean! i also loved the breakfast. lots of fresh fruits and veggies. there was even a cute kitty outside every morning!
the pool could use some sun because it stays in the shade most of the day!

the hotel is very close to Hadrian's Gate, just a short walk. transportation is easily accessible from here. the hotel is situated in the heart of the old city which makes it ideal.

rooms here are spacious and comfortable with everything you need. the bed and pillows were soft. i also noticed the rooms were cleaned very well and even decorated with flowers.

I adored the warm welcome and the efficiency of the staff. my room was upgraded without extra charge. It had a charming atmosphere. the breakfast was handsomely displayed (a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach!) and offered a good variety of options.
the pool area, while adequate, didn't benefit from full sunlight at all times. this limited the time i could spend lounging poolside and affected the overall experience.

I found the staff so friendly and helpful. the pool area was a welcome escape. It had plenty of space to relax. breakfast offered a great variety of choices, i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. well kept there.
the gym equipment could use some updating, but i managed to still get a workout in.
