wonderful experience!
helpful staff daily cleaning english speaking staff
the reception staff were helpful. rooms were cleaned daily which i appreciated. the hotel staff spoke english and assisted with taxi arrangements.

central location helpful staff convenient restaurant
The location was central. It made exploring easy. the staff were cute and helpful. the attached restaurant provided good food and drinks. I found that convenient. i will definitely return. I was pleased.
The walls felt quite thin. I could hear footsteps and conversations outside. it made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

Reception staff were helpful and cheerful. I had some questions and they addressed them quickly. the staff are always smiling. the service was efficient.

Breakfast offered many options. I enjoyed the variety. the cafeteria had beer and wine. a super breakfast. the food at the restaurant was quite good. The service was fast! though the prices were slightly high.

The location was near everything. I was able to walk to most places. the hotel is at 10-15 minutes walk time from main attractions. the location was perfect. Everything was easily accessible.

Parking was across the road. I found this very useful. air conditioning worked perfectly everywhere. It was much needed. the hotel has a private underground parking with a charge. That was a bonus.
