pool area fresh towels large choice poor drainage loud noise flooded bathroom
the pool was lovely! the sunbeds were great, i just loved the bar area. the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, amazing. the food had a large choice! i would definitely stay again!!!
the shower was built in a bad way. water drained out, instead of in. the whole bathroom flooded, even going outside! the noise from the street and other rooms was loud, sadly.

excellent stay!
fresh food great sunshine lovely breeze convenient bar
i really liked that dinner included fresh and tasty food with plenty of choices. the sun loungers near the pool provided great late sunshine. i enjoyed a lovely breeze, it made sunbathing so bearable. the bar area was close to the pool, so easy to grab drinks.
I noticed the shower's design allowed water to drain out rather than in, flooding the entire bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. I had to use extra towels to contain the water.

Charming Stay Near the Beach!

The location was convenient. It was only a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The gym had a forest view, a pleasant surprise! The sauna and steam room were also quite modern. I found the reception staff to be helpful with directions.
The coffee machine in the room was nice! though they didn't supply water initially.

The hotel is near the S'Arenal beach! It's also about a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, which makes getting there easy and fast after arrival. The bus service provides convenient transportation.

The hotel has an amazing pool environment with ample space for relaxation. The underground gym has everything needed for a good workout! plus views of the forest. Guests have access to both sauna and steam room.

cold drinks poor service
The pool met my expectations. It was relaxing. the bar was also close to the pool.
My bathroom was full of ants. the breakfast was not good, drinks were not cold, and there was a poor selection. most of the staff seemed grumpy. Only one receptionist offered good help. it was poor service.
