really good experience near petra

i was pleased with the hotel's proximity to the petra visitor center. the service from the staff was attentive and accommodating. the breakfast featured a cheese omelette and mixed vegetables i considered to be delicious. i had a variety of jordanian dishes during dinner, which gave me the opportunity to experience the local cuisine.

the windows were not properly sealed so the sounds from the nearby mosque were easily heard.

the hotel features an outdoor swimming pool offering a refreshing respite after exploring petra. there is also a large private parking area, a benefit for those driving to the location and exploring the wider area.

The hotel's location was excellent. I was very close to the entrance of Petra. The staff was friendly. The breakfast team was particularly great.

Hot water was not hot enough (this was a bit inconvenient). The windows were not tight. I could easily hear the muezzin from a nearby mosque.

the location was acceptable, it was close to the visitor center.

The air conditioning unit blasted air directly onto the beds. I couldn't adjust it. also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired because it smelled bad, like a public toilet and the beds was not comfortable to sleep in.

the staff were efficient polite and helpful. i found the breakfast great. emad runs a great kitchen and dining hall. they were the highlight of my stay.

the bathroom was dirty and smelled like a public toilet the beds were uncomfortable. the air conditioning was loud it blew directly at the beds. i couldn't control it.
