easy access friendly staff fresh pastries
The location offered easy access to the metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included eggs, fresh pastries, and fruit. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet close to the metro and Sacré-Cœur.
The room size made it difficult to store luggage. There was little space for luggage in the SMALL room.

The elevator provided easy access to all floors. Complimentary tea and coffee were available. THIS was a nice touch. Free wifi worked reliably throughout the premises.

Several metro stations are very close by. Many restaurants and boulangeries are nearby. The Sacré-Cœur is within walking distance from the hotel. Food stores are conveniently located.

underwhelming stay despite location
room size lack of cleanliness lack of air conditioning
the hotel's location was quite convenient , with easy access to nearby transportation and attractions.
My room felt quite cramped , it was hard to move around with luggage. the cleanliness was also a problem . I found noticeable dust in several areas , it definitely needs attention. also , the lack of air conditioning, opening the window let in too much street noise.

cozy atmosphere fresh towels helpful staff
i loved the cozy atmosphere. our room included daily cleaning and fresh towels, a lovely touch! the proximity to the metro made exploring so easy, and the helpful staff offered valuable local tips. IT made everything easier.
the elevator was rather small, making it a bit challenging with luggage.
