Excellent location, great amenities
seamless coordination festive spirit
The christmas party had seamless coordination. The venue captured the festive holiday spirit. The sarika was beautifully set up.. The US Angus roast beef was a big hit. The staff ensured all guests were well-taken care of.
I experienced some red, itchy bumps on my arms after two nights. I suspect these were due to bed bugs. I emailed the hotel about this concern and await a response.

The hotel features a clinic, however, only a nurse was available. The nurse recommended going to Makati Medical Center. The sarika was beautifully set up and perfect for our festive theme, providing an ideal atmosphere.

The Club Premier King room was spacious. The room was mostly clean, but i did experience red, itchy bumps on my arms and legs after two nights of sleeping on the bed. This issue impacted my overall experience.

the location was decent with shops nearby.
my premier king room was a letdown. the furniture seemed old and worn. the bathroom had a leaky faucet and the shower pressure was weak. it was not the experience i anticipated.

excellent service cozy hall
Servers Mitcn, Tienne, and Fionah provided excellent service. They were always smiling, very quick, and exceedingly kind. I found the dining hall cozy and the space quite generous.. the antique wooden floor and excellent music added to the experience.
I noticed an issue, the elevator system seemed illogical. Queues often formed, even with six lifts available.

The gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for varied workout routines. A spacious pool area provides twenty loungers, offering sunbathing opportunities. There is also a dedicated shaded area for relaxation.

i always enjoy staying here. the room had complimentary water bottles that staff replaced daily. the air conditioning worked very well, which i needed. club access granted access to a good breakfast.
the gym's equipment is a bit dated, needing updates.

the pool area features ample seating with about 20 loungers. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. towel service is available at both the pool and gym areas.

Consistent Comfort and Convenience
excellent service wooden floors
Server Mitcn, Tienne and Fionah provided excellent service and were always smiling and quick to assist. The dining hall felt cozy and comfortable with ample space and antique wooden floors. I enjoyed the great music, and the food selection was nice. I will plan a return visit soon..
I found the hotel noisy and poorly soundproofed. I had to change rooms because I could hear everything from the adjacent room with students partying. It was a major inconvenience.

great memories attention detail helpful staff
this hotel brings back nice memories. rose ann from housekeeping and christian at the front desk were very helpful. i appreciate their attention to detail. i will certainly come back again.
The room smelled a bit. It needed better ventilation. the windows seemed unclean too. i hope they address this soon.
