i always enjoy staying here. the room had complimentary water bottles that staff replaced daily. the air conditioning worked very well, which i needed. club access granted access to a good breakfast.
the gym's equipment is a bit dated, needing updates.

Server Mitcn, Tienne and Fionah provided excellent service and were always smiling and quick to assist. The dining hall felt cozy and comfortable with ample space and antique wooden floors. I enjoyed the great music, and the food selection was nice. I will plan a return visit soon..
I found the hotel noisy and poorly soundproofed. I had to change rooms because I could hear everything from the adjacent room with students partying. It was a major inconvenience.

this hotel brings back nice memories. rose ann from housekeeping and christian at the front desk were very helpful. i appreciate their attention to detail. i will certainly come back again.
The room smelled a bit. It needed better ventilation. the windows seemed unclean too. i hope they address this soon.

The staff is very friendly and approachable. They always have a smile. i noticed krish, capt chiong, mon, jerome, gerard, jm, and carl taking great care of our needs. the level of attentiveness is excellent!!!
