good location night market comfy beds scalding shower poor disclosure
the location was really good for seeing the night market. i found many restaurants very close to the hotel. super comfy beds meant i slept well.
i was not told this at check-in. the shower surged to scalding hot every 1-2 minutes. this happened repeatedly, so i had to step out often.

excellent stay!
central location unexpected treat
The hotel location is very central. i found myself close to the night bazaar and several michelin bib restaurants. the complimentary drink at the pool was a great unexpected treat. I really enjoyed it.
The elevator service was not optimal . only one elevator was operational for a couple of days, and the waiting times were quite long. this was especially noticeable in the mornings, given the hotel was fully booked. It created some delays.

The hotel is near the night bazaar. many restaurants are within walking distance. pantip shopping centre is a short walk away too. This made shopping very convenient.

breakfast offers good variety. i tried breakfast starting at 6:00 am which was convenient for early day trips departing at 7:00 am. it included tasty options. it did not disappoint.

the staff was cute upon arrival. the front desk personnel were pleasant. housekeeping staff, punchaya, kept the room tidy . her diligence was very excellent!

the room was very quiet. it was located on a high floor. the room was well-equipped and modern. the beds and pillows were of excellent quality which ensured comfortable sleep.

a convenient location
excellent location clean room friendly staff loud noise early closure in-room dining
i found the location excellent with available parking for my car. my room was clean. the staff were friendly. i am grateful for the great location near many shops and restaurants.
i could hear noise from outside the room. i heard everyone passing and other doors ringing. in room dining closes at 10 pm. i believe it should be available all night.
