Fantastic Location and Friendly Service!

My room was perfectly clean and spacious. I had a Double or Twin Room Balcony. It was lovely. The hotel is close to the city center with tons of shops and restaurants. Parking was also easy.

The air conditioning was switched off. The reception couldn't activate it. It had something to do with it being the winter season. I couldn't get the temperature below 23C, unacceptable.

The reception staff were professional and friendly. They were very helpful with any questions. The staff at the hotel do a great job keeping the rooms and communal areas clean and tidy. I was impressed.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the main square. The principal shopping areas are nearby. All the historic sights are very close. The location is AMAZING!!!

The hotel is centrally located and I found it easy to get to restaurants.

The room temperature was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was switched off, and the reception said they were unable to activate it. Apparently it was something to do with it being winter season (i found that odd).

I found a couple of issues . The air conditioning system seemed to be OFF. As a result, I couldn't get the room temperature down to a comfortable level (that was annoying, honestly). The breakfast area was small, and the selection could have been better, especially when it got crowded.
