Dream Island Hotel offers apartments and suites. Each apartment features two spaces: a main bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate living room with a fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, stove, utensils, toaster, and water kettle. The apartments include front and back balconies with combined sea and mountain views. Each unit provides air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a safe deposit box. The apartments also come equipped with a hairdryer, safe deposit box, iron, and ironing board. Some units include a terrace or balcony with sea or mountain views. This room can accommodate up to 2 children at the age of 12 years old and under in an extra bed at no charge. The suites have two spaces: a main bedroom with a big double bed, a hall, and a bathroom with bathtubs. The suites also include a separate space with a living room/kitchen and two sofabeds.

A continental breakfast is prepared each morning at Dream Island Hotel. Guests can enjoy drinks at the on-site bar, which is located by the beach.
