worn carpet insufficient water pressure
The location is good, near the train station. I found the staff pleasant .
My room was not what I expected. The carpet seemed quite worn. the bathroom was small, and water pressure in the shower was insufficient. (I always expect more from a shower.)

the room had modern amenities and a comfortable bed. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. i found the cleanliness of the room to be very good. the strong wifi allowed me to work efficiently.
the gym equipment was a bit dated.

helpful team pleasant stay amazing job unfriendly team slow lift hotel deposit
the location was superb! it was so easy to get to piccadilly quickly. sam did an amazing job and was so helpful. the team.
The reception team wasn't friendly enough! every check-in felt robotic. they focused on getting a £50 deposit on my card more than smiling! one working lift was a big inconvenience. Two lifts were working later, but they were still very slow.

it was spacious and had all i needed. the breakfast was also good (i really enjoyed the pastries). the location was very convenient.
the reception team seemed unfriendly. every check-in felt robotic and impersonal (no smile or a warm welcome). they were focused on getting a deposit on my card.
