the facility location was amazing.

the housekeeper tried to come in our room at 6pm at night. she knocked three times and by the time i got to the door she was coming in! she gestured she wanted to do something with a luggage holder rack. it was odd that she was there so late and she thought it ok to just come into my room whenever she wanted.

This location offers a boat service to Epcot. The hotel decoration is beautiful. I found the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was a great perk, including transportation via bus to the parks. The staff showed great professionalism, also they are very nice. The transportation staff performed a stellar job.

I found a housekeeper tried to enter my room late at night. She seemed surprised when she saw I was resting. The incident felt unsettling.
