lovely room clear design professional staff

I've stayed at this hotel before and this time the room overlooking the water was great. the care put into the design and decor is clear and i could feel a sense of calm. murtoza at the front desk remembered me and past activities. Channa in the restaurant also remembered me after 30 years!

The staff kindly mailed our car key to holland after we forgot it during a hurried checkout. I appreciate that. the breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out with made-to-order hot dishes. the location is great, it is close to the tram or subway.

The shower in the room did not drain well. It flooded much of the bathroom. there was also mold in the shower and on the counter, i saw it. the room was missing a chandelier. A wire hung loose from the ceiling.

the location was excellent for exploring. i found the staff helpful with directions. the restaurant offered amazing food in a lovely setting.

the shower drained slowly it flooded the bathroom. i noticed mold in the shower grout. the carpets had some noticeable stains they looked unsightly.

Fantastic experience!

stylish room comfortable bed amazing staff

The rooms were stylish, clean, and WELL-APPOINTED! The comfortable bed, and the lovely bathroom were excellent. I REALLY enjoyed the nice balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was amazing, they were warm, attentive, and professional. I used the spa room with a sauna and hamam and was such a relaxing way to end the trip.

My family was turned away from the hotel bar since there were no free tables. I asked to sit at one of the two empty tables with "reserved" signs but was told these were for an outside party arriving later. It is poor that paying hotel guests were not prioritised and the service felt unpersonal and rushed.

The hotel features a spa room complete with a sauna and hamam. These facilities offer a way to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere. Its skilled bartenders serve excellent drinks, and the coffee boutique attached to the hotel offers nice beverages.

the location is superb, really hard to beat. the breakfast was quite nice (especially the scrambled eggs!). i found the staff attentive.

a romantic getaway

devine body wash fresh room sweet macaroons perfect sauna

The body wash provided smelled devine, i will have to find it again. the room was dressed daily. It was like a dream each time i walked back in. isabelle at the front desk sent macaroons, a very sweet gesture indeed. the sauna was a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The air conditioning didn't drop to a cooler temperature. It was slightly warmer than i prefer.
