Fantastic experience!

The rooms were stylish, clean, and WELL-APPOINTED! The comfortable bed, and the lovely bathroom were excellent. I REALLY enjoyed the nice balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was amazing, they were warm, attentive, and professional. I used the spa room with a sauna and hamam and was such a relaxing way to end the trip.

My family was turned away from the hotel bar since there were no free tables. I asked to sit at one of the two empty tables with "reserved" signs but was told these were for an outside party arriving later. It is poor that paying hotel guests were not prioritised and the service felt unpersonal and rushed.

The body wash provided smelled devine, i will have to find it again. the room was dressed daily. It seemed like a dream each time i walked back in. isabelle at the front desk sent macaroons, a very sweet gesture indeed. the sauna was a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The air conditioning didn't drop to a cooler temperature. It was slightly warmer than i prefer.
