The overground station was very close. It made getting around simple. a fan was available in the room and that was a lifesaver. the provided phone number was always answered promptly by a helpful person!!!

the room was clean, and it had everything i needed for my stay. i liked the proximity to the tube station since it made it easy to get around. check in was quick, so i was able to settle in right away.

the room lacked a microwave, so warming food was difficult.

the room had a fridge, which i found very useful. self check-in worked smoothly, a convenient process. the accommodation was clean and well presented, i thought. i found this helpful for my short visit.

the restaurant acted as the reception and i wasn't told this.

The location was convenient to the train and tube station.

The room was quite dusty and did not match the pictures. A light switch was broken, and there was dampness in a bathroom cupboard (I also found a towel in there with black marks).

The instructions for checking in were not sent to me ahead of time. This caused a slight delay upon arrival.

the location is really convenient near bus stops and the overground station i found it easy to travel around. my room had a useful fridge it helped me manage breakfast before i left each day. the owner was helpful check-in and check-out times were flexible

the stairs were long and steep carrying luggage was difficult
