“I noted the beautiful renovation of a colonial mansion, although its use as a tour operator hotel overshadowed the Relais & Chateaux boutique experience. While the grounds within Guayaquil's Historical Park offer a tranquil retreat, a lack of nearby attractions beyond the park was evident. In my opinion, the unique architectural charm and ecological focus struggled to compensate for the disruptions caused by large tour groups.”
