fantastic location helpful staff great variety basic decor bad lighting noisy street

The location was fantastic. It was near all points of interest. the staff were also very helpful. breakfast had great variety and quality of options.

my room bore no relation to any of those photographed, ancient carpet and basic decor! i also found bad lighting and had to pull out bed to get to plugs. the street side was noisy with many loud groups.

the location was central to many sights. the courtyard provided a tranquil spot for coffee. fresh pastries arrived each morning for breakfast, i thought that was lovely.

the historic nature means some outdated elements exist.

The location was very central, right next to the cathedral.

The room I was given was quite dated. There was chipping paint and it generally was like it needed some maintenance. Everything felt old.

excellent central location

prime location friendly staff

the hotel enjoys a prime location near the cathedral and many shops (everything is within walking distance). the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the staff at reception were very friendly. i appreciated the convenience of the elevator, especially reaching the upper floors. the little courtyard provided a charming oasis from the busy streets.

The room showed its age. The carpet felt old and the decor seemed quite basic. the ventilation wasn't great. i found it could definitely use a modern update to enhance comfort.

fresh pastries nice courtyard

The hotel location was great. The breakfast pastries got delivered fresh each morning. I liked having a little courtyard for coffee.
