amazing location spa facility small size modern rooms

Wow, the location was amazing! the spa facility was something else. I use it even without spa appointments. i was really happy with it.

the room size could be bigger and the modern rooms, they are to be avoided. i also think the hotel smell like swimming pool chlorine, not good.

superb hotel in central location

beautiful hotel roomy bedroom onsite valet parking

I found the hotel to be beautiful and it really exceeded my expectations. the bedrooms had a lot of space and i think the bathrooms were updated. the hotel is in a central location near all of the sites i wanted to visit (this was quite handy!). i appreciated the onsite valet parking even though i had to pre-arrange it. It was convenient since i arrived by car.

the suite was located on a floor accessible only by numerous stairs, which wasn't ideal.

the location was central, providing easy access. the staff was consistently helpful. my room was bright and comfortable (it had a large bathroom!).

the tv wasn't a smart tv and only had basic french channels.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, including pastries and fresh fruit. i especially liked the coffee machine. It made lattes. finding all the different sections took a moment though.

The spa was wonderful. I used the pool and sauna, and I found them both clean. The bar was lovely. It had a relaxed atmosphere and offered a wide selection of drinks. The hotel is in the town center. It was easy to walk to different attractions.

The room seemed small for a hotel of this caliber. There was little space around the bed. I found it difficult to use the electric sockets. The staff seemed understaffed at breakfast.

mixed feelings about the stay

the building has a beautiful facade and an historic stone exterior. valet parking was also a plus.

i was quite disappointed for several reasons. there was not even a bottle of water in the room, surprising for a hotel of this standard. to get water, i had to fill a carafe outside the room, walking through long corridors and taking two different elevators. it was a real maze.
