I arrived, and staff greeted me with a very kind welcome. the location was excellent, just a brief walk to the town center. the breakfast included a variety of choices, such as cereals, fresh fruit, and a cooked option. It prepared me for my day.
I found the staircase leading up to the entrance quite steep. This posed a slight challenge with my luggage upon arrival and departure.

donna greeted me upon my late arrival and helped with my luggage. the room was super clean. the view over the estuary was beautiful. i liked the attentiveness donna gave all customers and she called us by our first names. parking was convenient with a permit for nearby parking.
there were slight stains on the bedding and towels.

the b&b location was great, with the town just a stone's throw away from the building, offering easy access to local shops and attractions. the proximity to the estuary also provided scenic views and opportunities for waterside activities, if you wish. this made exploring the area convenient.

Donna and mel made sure every guest felt completely satisfied. the breakfasts featured fresh ingredients. I loved the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. (i'm still thinking about it!)
the staircase could be a bit tricky for some people with mobility issues.
