the rooms were so super clean and cozy, offering a space i do appreciated. checking in went ever so smoothly, i felt welcomed as soon as i did arrived. it was a simple process, i must say.

i noticed our floor were situated right near the reception desk, and sounds from both the reception and kitchen do persisted throughout the night. this made it hard to drift off into sleep, the noises did echo a bit. the staff, they seemed not too friendly at first, i did found myself wishing for warmer welcomes. i reminded me of i was intruding.

The hotel is very close to the airport it took only 15 minutes by taxi. The staff helped put my luggage in the taxi and also provided a bottle of water.

The cleanliness could be improved since the bed sheets were not completely clean even after replacements. There was also a lack of a proper comforter, made the night quite uncomfortable.

The room had reliable Wi-Fi it was also quiet offering efficient room service. There were no chairs for dining and the room had no dim light available making it a bit inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport I found it convenient for layovers. Metro access is also very close providing easy access to the city.

the staff was friendly and super helpful. i appreciated that the check-in and check-out processes were efficient, especially since i was heading to the airport early. the hot water shower was a welcome bonus, i tell you!!!

i stayed in a superior double room. the room had good space and a comfy chair. wi-fi was speedy (it really helped me catch up on work).

the room bedding was not clean. also, the pillow and towels seemed dirty (i wished i brought my own). hot water was not very hot.
