the location was amazing! i was just a short walk from the chateau and lovely restaurants. breakfast was delicious with quality products in a lovely and well-decorated room. i really loved how clean and tastefully furnished everything was.

i found the stairs a bit challenging. i had a small bag and the staff reluctantly helped me to the third floor. also, i think tea in the morning should be included instead of charged extra.

The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. i asked for an extra towel, but it never arrived. also, the wi-fi was spotty in my room. I could barely load websites. the tv remote also didn't work properly. That was frustrating too.

the front desk provided quick assistance for parking in the hotel's secure area. they alerted me to forgotten items after my departure (very kind of them!). the lobby provided enough space for small meetings.

The temperature control seemed centrally managed. The radiator remained only slightly warm even when i hoped for it to be warmer.
