Rooms: Comfort and Design

Fontevraud L'Ermitage has 54 rooms featuring solid oak, cream linen, and steel. Rooms include a desk, safety deposit box, and ironing facilities. A movable lamp hooks on a metal rail, with a cocooning bedhead, and a white metal screen conceals the television. Guests use a mini-iPad to control heating/air conditioning and access the internet. Bathrooms provide free toiletries. Rooms offer garden or monument views.

Dining: Michelin Star Restaurant

The hotel has a 1-Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant with contemporary dishes by Chef Thibaut Ruggeri; reservations are required. The restaurant also features 3 Gault & Millau toques and the green star of sustainable gastronomy. The Aliénor Café wine bar is located around the abbey. Breakfast is served in the cloister or on the terrace from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, or until 11:00 AM in-room. Takeaway breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM with prior arrangement.
