The staff were very helpful with transport arrangements. They offered unique experience suggestions. They helped other guests with reservations. It is a great location, away from tourist districts.

The room was a bit dark because of bedside lighting only.

I spent three nights at this hotel. The staff was always ready to assist with directions and suggestions. The design throughout the hotel is good. Breakfast offered a varied selection each day. I found the location convenient for accessing different areas.

i noticed a slight odor on the stairs leading up to my room. It seemed to come from one of the nearby storage areas.

Okay Stay. Several Issues

limited food options dark room

I found eating and drinking inside the premises a bit odd. I couldn't even have takeout in the lounge. The room was quite dark. The only lighting came from bedside lamps, and the closet light didn't work properly. The breakfast options seemed limited. The food variation wasn't great.

dog odor difficult luggage

the room i stayed in presented a few problems. firstly, the lack of an elevator made transporting luggage quite difficult. i also detected a noticeable dog odor in the stairwell and this smell was unpleasant. this situation needs attention.
