Dining at Notschreipass
The restaurant at the Notschreipass uses local Black Forest products. Chef Peter Bernhardt uses regional products from local game and mountain farmers in Todtnau. The restaurant offers delicacies from the Black Forest mountain region, from early to late. The UNIKUM bar is available for evening drinks. A breakfast buffet features seasonal products from the Southern Black Forest region. Friday and Saturday nights offer a small snack in the Gin Bar from 8:30 PM.

The hotel is a starting point for hiking around Feldberg. Activities include day trips to Baden-Baden or Strasbourg, bicycle tours, hiking, and Europapark in Rust. The Nordic Centre Notschrei offers Nordic walking and cross-country skiing courses. In winter, guests have access to cross-country skiing and ski lifts.
