The staff provided maps and public transport details, super helpful for getting into the city center. we received free transportation tickets, great to travel without any time constraints. the room was larger than expected from the pictures. It was a great family room!
i found that not all rooms are equally well-equipped, which might affect other guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful! they assisted us with bus information when we got to the city by train, which saved us time. the receptionist really helped with securing our bikes. It was a big relief!
