comfortable stay with mountain view
clean hotel comfortable bed mountain view cute hosts
the hotel was clean and i found the bed very comfortable. breakfast included a good selection and was delicious. i had a room with a wonderful mountain view. the hosts were really cute making the stay that bit nicer.
The stairs were a bit of a climb. There isn't a lift.

The hotel is within an easy walk to both the town and harbor. i accessed the coast path easily. lynton and lynmouth are only a short drive away. It made exploring easy.

charming stay!
super clean room equipped room delicious breakfast
I stayed two nights and felt very welcome. Lorinda was friendly! my double room was super clean and well equipped. breakfast was delicious. It was one of the best i have ever had in a hotel.
I missed having armchairs in my room. This would have made the space more comfortable. i feel it would improve the overall experience. better seating options are welcome

inflexible breakfast guest house
the room was very clean with comfortable beds.
The breakfast time was inflexible. I needed to leave early one morning. i asked for an earlier breakfast. this was not possible. the overall impression felt more like a guest house than a proper hotel.
