lovely ski trip!
amazing team kind assistance great location
the team. they were so kind and always went the extra mile to assist us. the hotel itself is gorgeous and its location is excellent for a ski getaway. it has everything needed for a fantastic time!
The bar can get crowded sometimes. Finding a seat before dinner occasionally proved tricky.

The hotel is perfectly situated, offering immediate access to slopes via the alpe express lift. It's convenient. a ski shop located within the hotel simplifies equipment rentals, this allows more time on the mountain and less fuss.

The spa and pool area offers fantastic relaxation after skiing. The hot tub was my favorite. other amenities included a sauna, steam room, and salt room, guaranteeing that there was something for everyone to do indoors. everything was super clean and well kept!

Breakfast was amazing, with extensive options to start the day energetically. I never wanted it to end. the christmas eve menu felt very special and gave festive memories. the restaurant's atmosphere was nice and very relaxing. The staff was always ready to help.

convenient gear rentals easy ski lift access enhanced comfort
I appreciated the ski shop located inside the premises. It made gear rentals very simple. The location provided quick access to the ski lift, less than three meters away. The hotel enhanced comfort for skiing enthusiasts.
