the breakfast buffet was alright.
The room was very disappointing. The balcony door didn't even lock properly. the manager was rude and his english was surprisingly poor. He essentially said tough luck about the room because we arrived late. this whole situation wasted so much time!

i thought the breakfast choices had VERY good value. the staff was helpful i appreciated that. the bathroom looked NEW and the shower worked fine.
the TOWELS felt thin and rough on my skin. my room was hot it made me uncomfortable. i asked for a fan, but the hotel did not have any. there were NO cups in my room when i had a kettle.

The breakfast had a really good selection to chose from. balinda and her colleagues on reception were so helpful and accommodating to our requests. I found them very friendly!!!
The bathroom needs maybe a shelf for your toiletry. That's just a minor detail though.
