the gym access was 24 hours. i found the smart tv with netflix access very convenient. the location was good with a short walk to shopping malls (just 5 minutes!).

The bedsheets did not smell particularly fresh (but the staff changed them quickly after the request). breakfast was acceptable but not nice. The spread felt fairly average. my request for late checkout as a platinum member was denied with a dismissive attitude from the supervisor.

the room was clean and tidy. i experienced anniversary arrangements, thanks to mr azahar from sales and noradila at reception. noradila escorted me to the room after check-in, a special touch. asrul at breakfast was helpful and friendly. the food offered much variety..

the hotel has a good location near major attractions i used the fitness center it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including local dishes

unexpected charges double charge

My stay had some issues. The billing system was REALLY problematic. At checkout, I saw unexpected food charges, even though those meals were included in my package. Restaurant staff added the bills without telling me. my credit card got charged TWICE for the room. A large amount is now held up on my card, and i don't know when it will be released!!!
