convenient locationac malfunctionmissing amenities
the location proved convenient near public transport options this aspect met my basic needs for getting around
i found several issues detracting from the stay first the air conditioning malfunctioned requiring multiple calls to resolve then the room lacked basic amenities i expected like readily available bathrobes needing a special request the absence of a welcome gesture felt impersonal considering other hotel stays

The hotel is near the Petronas Twin Towers. It made sightseeing very easy. The cleanliness was really good, and I had a room with an very nice city view. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions.
I found the absence of alternate protein choices, like fish or beef, at the breakfast buffet disappointing, especially since the local chicken dishes were offered throughout the entire week. I would have appreciated a more varied menu.
