The staff was friendly, approachable, and seemed to care about my experience.
The happy hour policy lacked flexibility. It was buy one get one free, but only for the same drink, which didn't work well since my wife and I have different tastes (a minor issue, but noticeable).

I enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms. It was nice. GOOD restaurants were on hotel. i especially liked the breakfast buffet with its diverse selection.

the buffet breakfast had a great selection of food. friendly staff were also present.
the beautiful garden room was disappointing. it really needs refurbishment, the whole vibe felt old.

the breakfast buffet had a vast selection of dishes and tasted delicious.
The housekeeping service was slow. My room was not cleaned even by 4 pm, inconvenient and delayed my schedule. it felt below the standard i expected from a 5-star accommodation. i wish they prioritized faster room service.
