the hotel location provided easy access to a private beach, including a shuttle service. nearby restaurants offered variety, including alfresco dining and fast food options. i could order food using delivery apps, with pickup available just outside the hotel. laundry services were also conveniently located nearby.

i noticed a damp smell when the air conditioning was running in my room. it seemed like the filter possibly needed cleaning. this was a bit disappointing, as it affected the overall freshness of the room .

the room was spacious enough it offered ample space for luggage. the hotel allowed ordering outside food for pickup. i found a laundry service nearby that provided pickup and dropoff options i used its facility.

the gym had a leaking ceiling and some broken fixtures in the toilet were not fixed. waiting time for check-in was quite long which was a slight inconvenience.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful at all times. The Mactan Newtown Boulevard offers many restaurants and stores nearby.

The room was somewhat small, making it a bit difficult to manage luggage.
