the hotel location provided easy access to a private beach, including a shuttle service. nearby restaurants offered variety, including alfresco dining and fast food options. i could order food using delivery apps, with pickup available just outside the hotel. laundry services were also conveniently located nearby.

i noticed a damp smell when the air conditioning was running in my room. it seemed like the filter possibly needed cleaning. this was a bit disappointing, as it affected the overall freshness of the room .

a romantic getaway

the room was spacious enough it offered ample space for luggage. the hotel allowed ordering outside food for pickup. i found a laundry service nearby that provided pickup and dropoff options i used its facility.

the gym had a leaking ceiling and some broken fixtures in the toilet were not fixed. waiting time for check-in was quite long which was a slight inconvenience.

the buffet breakfast selection had great variety it included several options. the hotel is near alfresco mcdonald's and robinson market. egg dishes were prepared and delivered to the table by staff.

the staff showed a caring attitude and provided efficient service. i felt welcome because of their professionalism. a private shuttle service to the nearby private beach was provided at scheduled times.

The staff was VERY friendly and helpful at all times. The Mactan Newtown Boulevard offers many restaurants and stores nearby.

The room was somewhat small, making it a bit difficult to manage luggage.
