Rooms feature white walls, old tile floors, palm tree patterns on the curtains, and a beach scene painting above the bed. Bathrooms have marble finishes with a tub and shower. Rooms include a hairdryer and a safety box. Superior Family Rooms have a king bed and bunk beds, plus a mini-fridge stocked daily with beer, water, and soft drinks. Junior Suites offer a Jacuzzi, a private terrace, and partial ocean views. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old.
Dining Options
The hotel provides a free full breakfast. Los Arcos, the main restaurant, is located off the lobby and overlooks the parking lot. Los Pericos Grill, located next to the pool, serves snacks such as hot dogs and nachos from late morning until late afternoon. There are 3 restaurants and 4 bars. The food quality varies, and cocktails are usually strong. The hotel offers all meals and mealtime drinks (soft drinks, beer, wine, water, and local alcoholic drinks) as part of the all-inclusive meal plan. Breakfast is served at Los Arcos from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Leisure and Entertainment
The highlight is the massive outdoor swimming pool with a Maya-style pyramid, the largest pool in Cozumel. Guests can use the hotel's beach club, with restaurants and a private pier. Popular activities in Cozumel include beaches, diving, and snorkeling, as well as guided swims with dolphins and sea lions. There's an outdoor theater that hosts occasional evening entertainment. Adjacent to the pool area is a small fitness center with out-of-date cardio equipment and weight benches. The resort has a Kid's Club with supervised indoor and outdoor activities for children ages 4-12.

It is one mile from the recently renovated center square with shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel is near the coral reefs, one of the world's top diving destinations. The hotel is 5 km from Cozumel. Taxis to and from Cozumel Airport is around $6.00USD per cab (4 people maximum), one way. Car rentals are available at both Airport and Downtown Pier. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service.
