Tina at the front desk was friendly and cute, ensuring a smooth check-in. Belen maintained my room with excellent cleanliness, keeping everything well-stocked. I found the bed, pillows, and bedding very comfortable, contributing to restful nights. The atmosphere had a vibrant, cheerful vibe.
Lighting in the room could be better. It was a little dim sometimes.

The hotel restaurant presented good choices at reasonable prices.. a live band on Saturday provided excellent entertainment. I found the cafe offered a delicious coffee in the morning. The drinks were great too.

the staff gave me extra warm towels. the air conditioning worked perfect. the cozy bedding made the bed super comfortable. the shower had amazing water pressure, it was a treat.
i noticed washcloths weren't advertised as not being provided, a small inconvenience.

the room included a nice, big bathroom. it had a lot of space for my stuff. the beds are comfortable. i slept good every night. the location was great, it was close to everything.
the hotel's gym was small. it only had a few weights. the breakfast was repetitive. it was the same thing every day. i would prefer some variety.

I appreciated the safe atmosphere created by the security person at night. The bedroom was spacious and included a bathroom with AC. A comfortable mattress and pillow were provided. daily cleaning was offered. I'm grateful.
The hotel informed us on our arrival day that the AC was not working for the whole building. The room temperature went up to almost 90 degrees. The staff behaved hostile when we asked for a fan and some ice. I was very upset. The shower pressure was not adjustable and was set to the 'blast' setting.

mixed bag stay.
microwave absenceinconsistent pool
the lack of a usable kitchen was annoying. i mean, i get not wanting everyone cooking up a storm, but a microwave would have been appreciated. also, the pool hours were weird. sometimes it was open, sometimes it wasn't. the whole experience felt a bit inconsistent.
