wonderful bed sparkling water quick team
the room had a wonderful king bed. i saw the hotel provides a water dispenser on each floor, and it even has sparkling water. the valet team was always quick , i noticed.
the room lighting was a bit dim with no central switch near the exit.

Well-located and modern hotel
great location convenient dining comfortable bed
i enjoyed the hotel's great location near attractions. the deli attached provided convenient dining options. the bed in my standard king room was particularly comfortable.. it ensured restful nights. ample natural light filled the room, which i really liked.
the hotel's thermostat regulation had limitations. i could adjust it within a certain range. however, the room sometimes felt too warm. achieving a consistently cooler temperature proved challenging.

mixed experience at this hotel
non-functional refrigerator shower design
the front desk staff was helpful upon arrival, making the check-in process acceptable.
I found several issues . the lack of a functional refrigerator was annoying. Instead, there was only a chiller. additionally, the shower design resulted in water splashing all over the bathroom floor, causing quite a mess

friendly staff ice machine water station missing chair no dresser cockroach issue
The staff was friendly. i appreciated the warm greetings upon arrival. each level had an ice machine. a water station offered still and bubbly water. It was convenient after roaming around.
The room was not ideal. It lacked a comfy chair. i noticed the absence of a dresser, a drawback. housekeeping services could be improved. I found a cockroach in the bathroom.
