The location was a bit of a drag. It's good only if you have a car. the staff, were not able to fix problems with the room. the bathroom heater only worked on the last night. what a bother!!!

the breakfast had a great variety of options (especially the fruit). the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i also found the parking very convenient since it was close to the entrance.

the room was clean enough.
I found the service slow, especially at the bar. it took ages to get someone's attention. Then my 'double espresso' barely filled the bottom of the cup. i felt a bit overlooked, especially compared to some local italian speakers getting proper service.
