tidy room breakfast buffet free transportation

My room, a Standard Double or Twin Room, was very tidy. I appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! It featured a generous assortment. The hotel also provides free transportation to the city center and Zen Beach.

I did find that the gym was not operational. I consider it a very slight downside.

the breakfast was plentiful. it included a fine view of the ocean (i really enjoyed it). the staff were friendly and helpful.

i stayed in a room near the street and it was quite noisy. motorbikes passing by caused a lot of noise.

I appreciated the room service options available. I found a good variety of meals. I enjoyed the hot tub on the top floor , it was relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast included quality choices and variety.

Acceptable but With Issues

The location was fairly convenient for accessing nearby shops.

I found the room cleanliness wasn't great. The bathroom had some hairs and the floor was not swept properly. The hotel did not inform me about this beforehand so I was surprised when I got there.
